Hani Abu Rida, President of the Football Association, held a meeting with Shawky Gharib, the new technical director of the Federation, in the presence of Khaled Al-Darandali, Vice President of the Federation, Mustafa Azzam, Secretary General, and Mahmoud Fayez, Director of the Performance Analysis Department at the Federation.
The meeting was held to discuss the work plan for the next phase in light of restructuring the technical system inside the Jabalia in preparation for the new season.
The new technical director of the Federation reviewed the proposed work plan to develop technical work and coordination between the technical departments.
A program was discussed to follow up on the national teams at various age stages, discover talents, and enhance communication between the technical staffs.
For his part, Abu Rida stressed the need to implement a clear technical strategy to raise the level of the national teams, and benefit from Shawky Gharib's experience with the youth and Olympic teams.
