British press reports revealed the position of Brazilian international Gabriel Martinelli, Arsenal's English winger, regarding leaving the Gunners.
The 25-year-old player holds a contract with the London club until the summer of 2027.
Martinelli does not want to leave Arsenal
The British "BBC" network reported that despite Arsenal's ongoing pursuit to sign Vinicius Junior, Gabriel Martinelli does not intend to leave the Gunners.
The report added that it is understood the Brazilian winger is happy at Arsenal and will not consider leaving unless a suitable opportunity arises for him.
The report continued that the London club is prepared to sell the Brazilian player this summer.
The Brazilian star participated in 53 matches with the London team across all competitions in the past season, scoring 11 goals and providing 7 assists.
Martinelli joined the London club in the summer of 2019, arriving from Brazilian side Ituano for €7.10 million.
The Brazilian player has won the English FA Cup, the Premier League, and the Community Shield with the Gunners.
