The 17-year-old signed a contract with Manchester City until 2031.
The English winger of Zambian origin has been playing with Leicester City since graduating from the club's academy.
During the past season, Monga participated in 37 matches and managed to score one goal and provide two assists.
Leicester City was relegated to the English Third Division during the past season.
Manchester City had announced the appointment of Enzo Maresca as the team's coach, succeeding Pep Guardiola who left his coaching at the end of the season.
Monga became the fourth signing of the Maresca era with Manchester City after Elliot Anderson, Mathias Diturbide, and Piers Charles.
Manchester City will participate in the UEFA Champions League during the next season after finishing the league in the past season in second place.
