One of Manchester City's players informed the club's management of his desire to leave during the current summer transfer window of 2026, according to press reports on Tuesday.
Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" reported that Manchester City player Savinho is looking to leave the "Etihad" stadium this summer.
It explained that the Brazilian believes his future is not with Manchester City, which prompted him to request to leave the club, especially since he does not get any regular playing opportunities at all.
It stated that Savinho wants to play regularly, which is difficult to achieve with the presence of the duo Jeremy Doku and Antoine Semenyo, and is almost impossible for him.
It pointed out that Tottenham's interest in signing Savinho made him want to leave Manchester City, especially since coach De Zerbi's project guarantees him more regular playing time despite the presence of competition.
It is likely that Savinho will move to Tottenham from Manchester City for 60 million euros.
