Liverpool finds Salah's successor in the German league

Via Yallakora

Liverpool has placed the young winger Saeed Al-Mulla, the German Cologne player, on its list of targets to strengthen the attacking line during the summer transfer period, in preparation for preparing him as a potential successor to the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah in the long term.

The specialized transfer news site Vitchakhis mentioned that Liverpool's management is closely following the 19-year-old player, but has not made any official offer yet, despite its conviction in his great potential after the levels he presented in the German league.

The report indicated that Saeed Al-Mulla caught attention after scoring 13 goals and assisting 5 others in 34 matches during the past season, which made him a target for several clubs, most notably Brighton, Newcastle, and Borussia Dortmund.

It added that Cologne insists on obtaining about 50 million euros in exchange for relinquishing the player, benefiting from his long-term contract, which makes Liverpool study the deal carefully before making an official decision.

The report confirmed that the "Reds" management views Saeed Al-Mulla as a project for the future and not a direct alternative to Salah, in light of the club's policy based on contracting with young talents capable of developing and competing at the highest level.
