Al-Ahly Club is preparing to hold meetings within the next few hours with the quartet Yasser Ibrahim, Mostafa Shobeir, Emam Ashour, and Mohamed Hany, in order to reach an agreement on renewing their contracts with the team.
"Yalla Kora" has learned from its sources that the meetings will be held over tomorrow and the day after, to continue negotiations with the quartet and work towards finalizing their contract renewal files.
The source clarified that Al-Ahly has presented offers to the quartet, including two-season renewals for both Yasser Ibrahim and Mohamed Hany, while Emam Ashour's offer extends for two additional years beyond the two remaining years of his current contract. Meanwhile, Mostafa Shobeir's offer extends for four years.
According to the same source, the proposed financial value in the players' contracts reaches 25 million Egyptian pounds annually, plus 5 million pounds as incentives and bonuses. However, Emam Ashour's offer differs, as it includes 25 million pounds annually plus 10 million pounds as incentives.
The source indicated that advertising contracts are not included in the value of the players' contracts with Al-Ahly, clarifying that these contracts will be separate, with their values determined according to each player's specific market and demand level; there is no fixed figure applicable to all players.
The source concluded his statements: "There is a clear breakthrough in Al-Ahly's negotiations with Emam Ashour, amid ongoing discussions between both parties to reach a final agreement regarding the renewal of the player's contract."
Al-Ahly hopes to conclude this file in the coming period, aiming to maintain the club's stability and retain its players for several upcoming seasons.
Earlier, Al-Ahly had announced in an official statement its refusal to let go of Emam Ashour, a team player, following numerous offers, most notably an offer from Turkish club Konyaspor.
