Liverpool team fell into the trap of a heavy defeat against their counterpart Leeds United, by four goals to two, in a friendly match as part of the preparations of both sides for the new 2026/2027 season.
The exciting friendly match between Liverpool team and its compatriot Leeds United took place on Sunday evening, at Soldier Field stadium in Chicago, United States of America, which hosts the training camp of both teams.
Liverpool falls to Leeds United

The third goal for Leeds came through Longstaff, in the 72nd minute, achieving the comeback for his team against the Reds, in less than 20 minutes, turning the score to a 3-2 lead for the men of coach Daniel Farke.
Calvert-Lewin continued his brilliance, scoring the fourth goal for Leeds United against Liverpool, after a cross from a throw-in, the veteran striker rose to it and placed the ball into the net with a distinctive header in the 83rd minute of the match.
