Zamalek Club has settled on the departure of Ahmed Mahmoud, the team's right-back, during the summer transfer period.
Ahmed Mahmoud returned to Zamalek Club again, after the end of his loan with Alexandria Union Club.
A source at Zamalek Club said in exclusive statements to Lila Koura: "The football administration at Zamalek Club seeks to market Ahmed Mahmoud, the team's right-back returning from loan, after settling on his departure".
He added: "Zamalek has Omar Gaber and Mohamed Ibrahim in the right-back position, which prompted the administration to decide on the possibility of Ahmed Mahmoud's departure".
The source continued: "Ahmed Mahmoud was registered in the team's first list, after the end of his loan at the end of the last season".
The source concluded his statements: "The player has a number of local offers, and Zamalek seeks to market him to achieve the greatest financial benefit".
Ahmed Mahmoud is considered one of Zamalek Club's youth, but he left the team's ranks in the 2021 season, towards Farco Club on loan, then moved to El Gouna, to return again in the 2024 season.
The 23-year-old participated in 9 matches with Zamalek Club and made a goal.
