A source at Al Ahly Club revealed that the club's board of directors received an official offer from the Moroccan Royal Army, in order to contract with Reda Slim permanently during the current transfer period.

Reda Slim had presented good levels with the Royal Army last season, after moving to the ranks of the Moroccan team on loan from Al Ahly Club.

The Royal Army submits an offer to buy Reda Slim

The source said in exclusive statements to "Yalla Koura": "Al Ahly received an official offer from the Royal Army Club, to buy Reda Slim permanently, and the Moroccan club insists on the player's continued presence in its ranks."

He added: "Al Ahly does not object to Reda Slim's departure and his permanent sale to the Royal Army."

He continued: "The only obstacle is the player's salary, as he receives 900 thousand dollars."

He concluded: "There are ongoing negotiations with the Royal Army Club in order to finalize the deal in the coming few days."

Al Ahly's deals

Al Ahly Club had announced its signing of the Moroccan Sofiane Benjdida, coming from the ranks of Maghreb Fez, for a period of 3 seasons, as part of the Red's plan to strengthen the team's line with the appropriate elements.

The deal for Sofiane Benjdida is the third for Al Ahly during the current transfer period, after the Red had previously announced its signing of the Enppi duo Ali Mahmoud and Oktay Abdullah.

Al Ahly continues its efforts to complete more than one deal during the current transfer period, according to the team's needs, and in preparation for the upcoming competitions in the next season.
