A source revealed to Yallakora Al-Ahly Club's stance on keeping Mohamed Sherif in the first football team.
According to what a source inside Al-Ahly Club explained in statements to Yallakora, Sherif's chances of continuing with the team next season have diminished due to a lack of technical conviction in him from Hussein Ammouta, the new technical director.
The same source indicated that the most likely scenario is the 30-year-old striker leaving on loan during the current summer transfer window.
It is worth noting that Mohamed Sherif returned to Al-Ahly in the summer of 2025 after playing two seasons with Saudi club Al-Khaleej.
Mohamed Sherif's contract with Al-Ahly runs until the summer of 2030.
