A source revealed the joining of Ayman Taher, the former Zamalek goalkeeper coach, to the technical staff of Al-Abyad, after settling on the departure of the Portuguese Vitor Pereira from the position of goalkeeper coach.
Ayman Taher joins Zamalek's technical staff
The source said in statements to "Yalla Koura": "Ayman Taher, the former Zamalek goalkeeper coach, joined the technical staff led by Mo'tamed Jamal, after settling on not continuing with the Portuguese Vitor Pereira in the position of goalkeeper coach".
He added: "Taher will head to the team's camp in the New Administrative Capital this evening to begin his duties within the technical staff".
Zamalek Club had sent an official letter to the relevant authorities to hold a closed camp in the New Administrative Capital, in preparation for the new season.
Zamalek Club had previously announced the start of preparations for the new season today, Saturday, with the camp lasting for 12 days.
Zamalek Club had held its preparatory camp for last season in the New Administrative Capital.
It is worth noting that the current period sees Zamalek players undergoing medical examinations in preparation for the new season.
