Al Ahly Club decided to amend and extend the contract of team player Karim El Deeb during the upcoming period.
Karim El Deeb returned to Al Ahly after the end of the previous season, after being loaned to Ceramica Cleopatra Club.
A source said in exclusive statements to Yalla Koura: "The football management at Al Ahly decided to amend Karim El Deeb's contract, as he was receiving an annual salary of 2 million pounds."
A source at Al Ahly added: "It is expected that the player will receive in his new contract amounts of 6 million pounds in addition to 2 million in benefits."
The source concluded his statements: "Al Ahly will renew Karim El Deeb's contract for an additional season."
Karim El Deeb's current contract with Al Ahly continues until the 2029 season, and with the new contract it will end in 2030.
Karim El Deeb, 23 years old, participated in 36 matches with Al Ahly, where he made 5 goals and did not score.
El Deeb had joined Al Ahly in 2022, coming from Wadi Degla Club.
