Karim Hafez talks about.. Salah's message.. and Hossam Hassan's reaction

Karim Hafez, Pyramids Club and Egypt national team player, spoke about the Pharaohs' match against Argentina, before moving on to reveal the atmosphere inside the camp during the 2026 World Cup period.

The Egypt national team bid farewell to the World Cup finals from the round of 16 with a loss to Argentina, by a score of (3-2), as the Pharaohs achieved a historic accomplishment that happened for the first time in the history of the nation.

Karim Hafez's statements

Karim Hafez, Pyramids Club and Egypt national team player, began his statements that he made via "MBC Egypt 2" channel, saying: "We presented 80 minutes in a distinguished manner against Argentina, and we conceded two goals and wanted to attack so that the match would not reach extra time".

He added: "The match against Argentina was historic, Hossam Hassan did not speak to us after the confrontation, and we wanted to score the third goal and we did not accept that our net would concede two goals against Argentina".

He continued: "Sayed Moawad spoke about me in a good way and his talk pleased me for sure, the camp lasted 53 days, they were the best for all the players in the national team".

He completed: "Mohamed Salah directed a message to the players who did not participate with the national team, and confirmed that they contributed to the cohesion between the team and its reaching an important stage, and expressed his sadness for their non-participation".

He concluded: "And this is evident in Donga, who was always smiling despite not participating, and Tarek Alaa as well, and everyone was happy in the camp".
