Media reports today revealed the latest developments regarding the future of Cody Gakpo, Liverpool's star, whose future with the Reds remains uncertain, whether he stays or leaves.
Gakpo's continued presence at Liverpool is currently uncertain, especially after the Reds signed Victor Munoz from Osasuna, alongside finalizing the deal with Paris Saint-Germain star Bradley Barcola.
The Times reported that Gakpo faces a decisive moment in his Liverpool career, having received an offer from Manchester City, who appear keen to sign the Dutch international for a record-breaking fee reaching £85 million.

It added that if Gakpo leaves Liverpool, the Reds will move to sign another winger, while the club has been linked with signing Yankuba Minteh from Brighton, alongside Ismaila Sarr of Crystal Palace.
It clarified that Liverpool submitted two offers to sign Ismaila Sarr worth £50 million and £60 million, but both were rejected by Crystal Palace, which seeks approximately £80 million to approve the Senegalese international's departure to the Reds.
It further noted that Sarr represents a less costly option for Liverpool compared to Minteh, and Crystal Palace might be prepared to sell him before the end of the summer transfer window.
