Global media reports have confirmed that Manchester City has reached an agreement to sign a new player, following Tottenham's completion of the deal to sign Savinho, the Brazilian winger.
Tottenham has also entered into serious talks to sign Omar Marmoush, and most media reports have confirmed that negotiations between the two clubs have reached an advanced stage, with the deal expected to be finalized unless any exceptional changes occur.
Manchester City had identified a replacement for the departures of Omar Marmoush and Savinho, preparing to enter talks to sign Alan Elias, the Palmeiras star, a move that could bring the Egyptian star's departure from the Etihad Stadium closer.

According to Sky Sports journalist "Fabrizio Romano", Manchester City has reached a verbal agreement on personal terms with the Brazilian Palmeiras star, who is keen to complete the transfer.
Official negotiations between Manchester City and Palmeiras began in the past few hours, with work underway to finalize the agreement for the 22-year-old's move to the Etihad Stadium.
British journalist "David Ornstein" reported that Savinho will move to Tottenham for £75 million, plus £10 million in add-ons, including £5 million in bonuses.
