Al-Sadd Qatari Club announced playing a friendly match against the Algerian Mouloudia team, after negotiations for a match against Zamalek faltered.
Al-Sadd Club revealed a friendly match bringing its first team against Mouloudia of Algeria in Qatar, where the winner will carry a title called the Cup of the Free.
A source had confirmed to Yalla Koura the cancellation of the friendly match that was to be held between Zamalek and Al-Sadd of Qatar in the coming period, indicating that the White's financial demands were a major reason for making that decision.
The source indicated that Zamalek Club requested an additional financial compensation besides the broadcasting and advertising revenues in exchange for participating in the match, which resulted in the failure of the negotiations, causing the idea of holding the match against Al-Sadd to falter.
For its part, Al-Sadd clarified through an official statement that it was decided to hold the friendly match against Mouloudia of Algeria, at seven in the evening on August 15 next, at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.
It is mentioned that Al-Sadd Club is currently holding a training camp in Turkey, in preparation for the start of the next season's competitions, and recently won against Turkish Trabzonspor by a goal without reply, in a friendly.
