Media personality Ahmed Shobier revealed the injury of Al Ahly's new first-team football signing, ahead of the match against Smouha in the Egyptian League.
Al Ahly is scheduled to face Smouha at 8:00 PM today, Thursday, in the third round of the Egyptian Premier League at the Cairo International Stadium.

Al Ahly currently holds third place in the Egyptian League standings with 6 points, aiming for a third consecutive victory to secure a perfect score.
Shobier stated during his radio program on "On Sport": "Akram Tawfik is suffering from a bruise in his leg, which is why he has been ruled out of the match against Smouha."
He added: "Akram Tawfik's exclusion from Al Ahly's squad is due to the injury he sustained, not a tactical decision."
Shobier continued: "Tawfik Mohamed's exclusion is for tactical reasons, while Karim El Debs suffered a strain. Ashraf Dary and Reda Salem are absent due to not being fit."
