The Spanish defender Inigo Martinez has settled his position regarding continuing with the Saudi club Al-Nassr, according to media reports.
Martinez, 35, joined Al-Nassr in the summer of 2025 from Barcelona and played a prominent role in the team's winning the Saudi Professional League title.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, a specialist in transfer news, stated that Martinez will remain with Al-Nassr next season.
The contract extension clause for the former Barcelona star will be activated for an additional year until 2027.
This comes after the launch of a new sports project at Al-Nassr with the appointment of Australian coach Ange Postecoglou.
