Al Ahly Club announced the signing of a sponsorship agreement with Valley Water Company, owner of the "Ilano" brand, to become the official sponsor of the first football team for a period of 4 years.
Under the agreement, Ilano becomes the official water of Al Ahly Club, in addition to being the only Egyptian water brand that will appear on the first football team's jersey throughout the contract period.
The agreement was signed between Al Ahly Football Company, Valley Water Company, and the United Sports Company, the club's exclusive marketer, in the presence of officials from the three entities.
The partnership coincides with the launch of Ilano's new identity and strategy aimed at supporting Egyptian sports and investing in long-term partnerships with sports institutions.
Cairo Tower is scheduled to be illuminated tomorrow with the logos of Al Ahly and Ilano in celebration of the partnership launch.
Mahmoud Zamzam, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Valley Water Company, said the agreement represents an important milestone in Ilano's journey and reflects the company's direction to support Egyptian sports, noting his pride that Ilano has become the only Egyptian water brand on the first team's jersey at Al Ahly Club.
In turn, Ayman Fathi Hussein, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ahly Football Company, affirmed that the agreement comes within the club's strategy to develop its commercial rights and build long-term partnerships with institutions aligned with Al Ahly's vision, noting that Ilano's joining reflects the club's continued appeal to major brands.
This agreement is the first sports partnership Ilano has entered into since its launch, marking the beginning of the company's strategy to invest in Egyptian sports and strengthen its market presence.
