Ibrahim Adel continued his impressive form with his team Nordsjælland, providing an assist in their 3-0 victory over Sonjuysk in the fifth round of the Danish League.
This marks the second consecutive match in which the Egyptian international has provided an assist, following his setup for Nordsjælland's winning goal against St. Gallen in the first leg of the UEFA Conference League preliminary round on Thursday.
This comes after he scored the winning goal against Silkeborg in last Sunday's fourth-round match.
Ibrahim Adel started the match on the bench, perhaps as the Nordsjælland coach preferred to rest him ahead of the second leg of the UEFA Conference League preliminary round.
The return leg will be played next Thursday at the Swiss team's stadium to decide qualification.
The former Pyramids FC winger entered the match at the start of the second half, when his team was leading 1-0 thanks to Marcus Walker's goal in the 44th minute.
Ibrahim Adel provided the assist for Walker's second goal in the 60th minute.
Before Filum Bertelsen sealed the victory with a third goal in the 87th minute.
Nordsjælland thus raised their tally to 10 points, topping the Danish League jointly with Brøndby.
