International striker Mostafa Mohamed has returned to the Turkish league once again, joining Konyaspor from French club Nantes, following a four-year professional stint in France.
Mohamed's departure from Nantes, nicknamed "The Canaries," came after his relationship with the club's management deteriorated due to reduced playing time last season, alongside the team's relegation to the second division.
The 28-year-old Egyptian star, currently valued at €3.5 million, aims to regain his form with Konyaspor and shine once again on his preferred stage.

Galatasaray officially announced signing Mostafa Mohamed in the January 2021 transfer window, initially on an 18-month loan from Zamalek, before securing his permanent transfer.
The Egyptian striker represented the yellow-and-red team in 58 official matches across all competitions (totaling 2,611 minutes), scoring 17 goals and providing 5 assists, while receiving 8 yellow cards and one red card.
Mostafa Mohamed's record with French club Nantes
Mohamed joined Nantes in summer 2022 from Galatasaray on loan with an option to buy, which was exercised in June 2023 for a fee of €6 million.
