Hossam Abdel Majeed transferred to the Bulgarian team Ludogorets with a contract extending until the summer of 2029.
Islam Abdel Majeed, his agent, revealed to FilGoal.com: "Hossam Abdel Majeed will arrive in Bulgaria within a day or two, and the club is currently working on finalizing his travel details".
He concluded: "The player will join the team's training immediately after his arrival in Bulgaria to begin his new journey with his team".
Abdel Majeed participated with the Egyptian national team in the 2026 World Cup.
He scored the decisive penalty that gave Egypt the ticket to the round of 16 by winning against Australia on penalties.
The Bulgarian team has achieved 14 league titles, while it has won the Bulgarian Cup 4 times, and won the Super 9 times.
Hossam Abdel Majeed joined the first team of Zamalek Club after being promoted from the youth team in the summer of 2019, and his contract with Zamalek ends next summer.
Hossam Abdel Majeed played 171 matches with Zamalek, scoring 15 goals and assisting one more.
He won with Zamalek three Egyptian League titles, two Egypt Cups, one African Super Cup, and one African Confederation Cup.
