Jordan Henderson, the recent arrival to the English Chelsea ranks, spoke about his transfer to the "Blues" confirming that he always seeks to give everything he has for the team.

Jordan Henderson, Chelsea's midfielder, began his statements via the club's official website, saying: "Maybe it's better for my teammates to speak, but football is a team sport, and everything must be for the team".
Henderson continued: "Throughout my career, everything I tried to do was for the team; I always sought to develop those around me by being the best possible teammate".
He added: "When I'm on the training pitch, I focus on building relationships that allow me to impose my demands on my teammates, while at the same time knowing the right time to talk, laugh, and joke, achieving the optimal balance".
He continued: "The older I get, the more diverse experiences I've gone through; sometimes I can understand the younger players when I look at my career and remember what I've been through, so I see similar situations happening".
He concluded: "I try to talk to them and give them a different perspective; talking to others and sharing my experiences with them is good and important".
