Hoyos said: "He is recovering now, he is fine, and conscious, his family is aware of his condition, and they are calm".
He added, "The most important thing is that he is fine, and he is fine at the moment".
He continued, "We were worried at first because the blow was very strong. It was clear that there was an elbow strike, and for that reason a penalty was awarded, he fell to the ground like a lifeless body".
He went on, "I think he may have already been unconscious due to the force of the collision. He received an elbow strike and hit the ground hard. It was a difficult moment, because the matter went beyond the limits of football and everything related to it. It is about human life, and that is the most important thing. So, we just hope that everything ends well".
