Refereeing expert Jihad Grisha revealed the validity of the penalty kick awarded to Al-Ahly against Sharqia Enppi in the Egyptian Premier League.

Jihad Grisha stated in an interview on Modern Channel: "The penalty kick for Sharqia Enppi was correct, and the referee made the right decision based on an excellent viewing angle."
He added: "The penalty kick for Al-Ahly was incorrect; the contact was natural and did not warrant a penalty. The VAR official should have intervened and asked the on-field referee to review the incident."
He continued: "There was a refereeing error in awarding the penalty, which affected the match result. In the 71st minute, Al-Ahly requested a penalty due to a handball, but the referee's decision not to award it was correct."
