Ghazl El Mahalla Club announced the signing of the Mauritanian Mohamed Ekbad for two seasons.
The 27-year-old scored 22 goals in the past season with Nouadhibou, the league champion and top scorer.
During his journey last season, he scored 22 goals and provided 7 assists in 25 matches in the Mauritanian league.
Ekbad has previously worn the jerseys of Congolese Vita Club, Ugandan Vipers, and Mauritanian Nezidan.
The club continues, under the leadership of Ahmed Khattab, to strengthen the team's ranks in preparation for the next season.
Ekbad became the third signing of the Delta leader after signing Mohamed Kouko, goalkeeper of Ceramica Cleopatra, for two seasons.
He also signed Abdelrahman Osama "Shika" coming from Modern Sport for 3 seasons.
The club had previously announced the extension of Amer Amer's contract for an additional season and Adel Alaa for 3 seasons.
