The board of directors of Al-Masry Club, chaired by Mr. Kamel Abu Ali, approved the formation of the first team's technical staff as submitted by Captain Ahmed Sami, the club's new head coach.
Ahmed Sami began his duties with Al-Masry last Wednesday, following the team's defeat against Pyramids FC in the 2026/2027 Premier League on Monday evening.
The management of Al-Masry Club had previously decided to thank Emad El-Nahas, the former head coach, and terminate his tenure after the period he spent leading the technical staff, following the loss to Pyramids FC.
El-Nahas took charge of coaching Al-Masry during last season and successfully led the team to win the Egypt Capital Cup, before his tenure ended with the start of the new season.

Al-Masry started the season well, achieving victory in two out of their first three matches and earning 6 points, before suffering their first defeat against Pyramids FC by a goal without reply, leaving their total at 6 points.
