Malian Aliou Dieng took part in his team Valencia’s 2-1 defeat to Castellón, in preparation for the new season.
Valencia played their second friendly during the preparation period, in preparation for the new season.
Dieng came on in the second half of Valencia’s match against Castellón, where he scored the Bats’ only goal.
This was the second match in which Dieng has featured for Valencia during the preparation period for the new season.
Dieng had previously appeared in Valencia’s 3-0 win over Deportivo Eldense.
It is noted that 28-year-old Aliou Dieng transferred to Valencia during the current summer transfer window, arriving from Al Ahly on a free transfer after his contract with the Reds expired.
