Mayele arrived in Alexandria to join his team's training camp.
Mayele joined Al-Ahly Tripoli after the end of his contract with Pyramids at the conclusion of last season.
Al-Ahly Tripoli won the Libyan Cup title last season under the leadership of Hossam El-Badry.
The Al-Ahly Tripoli team includes Mustafa Shakshak, the former Enppi player.
