Al-Masry revealed via its official account the completion of the contract with Al-Zayani for 4 seasons.
The 23-year-old player plays as a left winger.
Al-Zayani began his career with Association Sportive de Salé before moving to Nahdat Berkane on a free transfer in summer 2023, staying with the club for two seasons.
He transferred to Hassani Jedidi Defense on a free transfer in summer 2025.
During the past season, Al-Zayani featured in 32 matches for Hassani Defense across all competitions, scoring 4 goals and providing 4 assists.
Abdullah Al-Zayani's signing is the first for the Port Said club in the summer transfer window.
Al-Masry finished last season in fifth place with 40 points.
Al-Masry will not participate in any continental competition.
