Ludogorets drew with their rival Spartak Varna, with each team scoring one goal in the match that brought them together in the seventh round of the Bulgarian League competitions.

Egyptian international Hossam Abd El-Magid participated in the full match for the first time since joining from Zamalek during the current summer transfer window.
Abd El-Magid had previously appeared as a substitute in the previous match against Slavia Sofia.
Simeon Cheshkov scored Ludogorets' goal, while Samuel Mayor netted for Spartak Varna.
