Akram Tawfik, the first-team football player at Al-Ahly Club, expressed his happiness at returning to the Red Castle once again, noting that he had missed Tetch Stadium and his home, and also sent a message to the fans.
Al-Ahly had announced the signing of Akram Tawfik for 3 seasons in a free transfer deal after his departure from Qatari club Al-Shamal, with Essam Sarraj El-Din, head of the contracts sector, completing all financial and administrative transfer procedures in coordination with Wael Gomaa, the director of football.
Akram Tawfik wrote today, Thursday, on his Instagram account: "Returning once again to my home; Al-Ahly was never just a club to me, but was and will always remain a part of my life and my years".

The former Al-Shamal player added: "Nine years in which I created the most beautiful memories, and today I return to begin a new chapter of the story".
Tawfik concluded: "I missed Tetch Stadium, the greatest fans in the universe, and the home to which I belong. Praise be to God for the return, and God willing, what is to come will be even better".
It is noted that Akram Tawfik has joined the external training camp currently taking place in Spain as part of Al-Ahly’s preparations for the new season.
