Al-Ash featured in 20 matches for the Port Said club during the second half of last season.
Shukri played 14 matches for Al Ahly last season but with a total of only 717 minutes.
Emad El-Nahhas assumes the role of coaching Al Masry next season after renewing his contract.
El-Nahhas led Al Masry club back to winning titles and secured the Egypt Capital Cup with them.
