FilGoal.com learned that Ceramica has requested the value of 7 months' salary that Ali Maher received in order to agree to his departure (5 months as a bonus for finishing fourth in the league standings + 2 months as an advance payment for the new season's contract), after the club had previously paid them to him to ensure his continuity.
Pyramids is looking to reach an agreement that satisfies all parties in order to finalize everything and secure the services of Ali Maher as the team's head coach for next season, and for him to lead the team through the preparation period.
It is worth noting that there is more than one name being considered to coach Pyramids next season, most notably Rhulani Mokwena, the former Mamelodi Sundowns and Wydad coach, and another Croatian coach, with the final decision to be made by the club's management in the UAE.
