Farco reveals details of its complaint against Zamalek
In a statement sent to journalists, Farco Club confirmed that it had filed a formal complaint with the Egyptian Football Association, specifically with the Players’ Affairs Committee, against Zamalek Club due to the latter’s failure to settle the overdue financial payments related to the transfer deals of Amr Nasser and Ahmed Sharif.
The overdue payments owed by Zamalek to Farco Club amount to 27 million Egyptian pounds, in accordance with the installments stipulated in the contract concluded between the two clubs to complete the two transfers.
Farco’s dues consist of 18 million Egyptian pounds remaining from the transfer fee for Amr Nasser, payable in three due installments, plus 9 million Egyptian pounds from the transfer fee for Ahmed Sharif, payable in three additional installments.
According to the filed complaint, Farco Club has had overdue financial dues with Zamalek since last December through July, as the White Club failed to pay the installments on the scheduled dates in accordance with the contract signed between the two parties.
Through its complaint, Farco affirmed its insistence on receiving its full financial dues, demanding that the Players’ Affairs Committee take the necessary measures against Zamalek and compel it to pay the overdue installments, in accordance with the regulations and contracts signed between the two clubs.
