The Portuguese Fabio Nuno, the former performance analyst at Zamalek Club, stressed his insistence on returning to work with the team.

Fabio Nuno, the former performance analyst for Zamalek, said via On Sport: "After the end of the last season, I received several offers from clubs and different leagues, but I was refusing to leave because of my insistence on staying at Zamalek".
He added, "After learning of Moatamed Jamal's return to lead the team, no one has contacted me yet. I received offers from Morocco, Qatar, and Libya, but my ambition was to return to Zamalek".
He stressed, "I know that John Edward has left Zamalek, and that Moatamed Jamal is currently leading the team, but I am still insistent on Zamalek, and if any official speaks to me, I will return".
He continued, "I waited for two months to know the identity of the new coach, and whether I would have a role or not, and after Moatamed Jamal's continuation, I certainly hope to continue with Zamalek".
He concluded his statements, "The Moroccan Al-Fath Al-Rabati was among the offers presented to me, but I will wait for Zamalek during this week, and after that I will start studying the other offers presented to me".
Zamalek recently announced the continuation of Moatamed Jamal in the position of technical director of the team.
Meanwhile, John Edward, the sports director, left, and the Zamalek board of directors accepted his resignation.
