He added: "Al-Ahly is developing rapidly and stands among Africa's strongest teams. I gained significant experience thanks to my tenure at Al-Ahly, a club that competes at all levels."

When asked whether he would stay longer at Al-Ahly if given the chance again, he clarified: "Yes, I cannot lie; I wished I could have spent more time at Al-Ahly."

He continued: "My departure from Al-Ahly came due to an offer worth 8 million euros, which was a substantial amount at that time. There was also a specific perspective from Al-Ahly, especially since I was performing well during that period. A mutual agreement was reached between myself and the club's management regarding my departure at that moment, and the decision was made."

He concluded: "I love Al-Ahly and was not happy about leaving the club, but such is life in football."
