The 18-year-old Adham Al-Rifai participated in 14 matches for El Gouna last season, scoring two goals and providing two assists.
Furthermore, Adham Al-Rifai progressed through the youth and junior national teams, recording two goals in 10 matches.
Liège competes in the Belgian Second Division, where they currently hold 11th place after the first two rounds.
