Egyptian doctor Omar Mahjoub joined the academy of English club Arsenal.
The doctor wrote on his "Instagram" account: I am pleased to announce my joining Arsenal club as a physiotherapist in the academy.
He added, "Proud of my affiliation with the club and its culture and Arsenal's style. I look forward to working with a great team while continuing to develop my career in the field of sports physiotherapy. I look forward to this enjoyable journey".
Omar previously worked at English club Brentford.
The Egyptian doctor thanked Brentford club in his message on "LinkedIn": "With the beginning of every chapter, another chapter ends. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone at Brentford club for making the past two seasons unforgettable".
He added, "It was an honor for me to be part of the club, and I am extremely grateful to work alongside this wonderful and supportive team, while continuing to grow both personally and professionally".
Arsenal is later preparing to face Spanish side Real Betis on Wednesday in Dublin, Ireland.
Then he faces German side Borussia Dortmund on the ninth of August, then Italian side Como after 3 days.
Arsenal opens its season with a match against Manchester City on August 16 in the Community Shield.
It begins its title defense campaign with a match against Bournemouth on August 21.
