Dutch Denzel Dumfries, the first-team footballer at Real Madrid club, spoke about his first training session with the Spanish club this morning, Tuesday.
The right-back began his preparations for the new season under Mourinho's supervision, as Dumfries started training in the gym, then moved to the pitch and performed various running exercises and ball drills.
Real Madrid had signed Dutch right-back Denzel Dumfries from Inter Milan on a contract running until 2030.
Dumfries said in statements via Real Madrid's channel: "After the first training session, I feel in excellent condition; the start was very successful".

He added: "I am happy to return to work after the vacation; it is an honor for me to be here. The facilities are wonderful and very spacious—you might get lost in them quickly. They help me find where everything is."
He continued: "My teammates welcomed me warmly. Many of them are still on vacation for the World Cup, but those who attended received me with great hospitality."
He added: "The entire coaching staff and Mourinho all welcomed me excellently. I felt great hospitality. We have a wonderful team and a wonderful coach; working with them and learning from them is very beneficial for me."
Dumfries concluded: "We will fight to achieve our goals. It is a great honor to play for Real Madrid, and we will make you proud of us."
