The resolution of the crisis of disbursing the delayed financial dues to the first-team players of Zamalek Club has lifted the curtain on the date for the start of the preparation period for the new season.
A source at Zamalek Club confirmed in exclusive statements to Yalla Koura that the White administration will disburse a batch of the delayed financial dues at the beginning of next week, after which the team will begin its preparations for the new season.
The source pointed out that the disputes between some players and the football administration due to the disbursement of the delayed financial dues led to the failure to start the training sessions for the new season on time.
The source explained that the delay in the start of the preparation period for the upcoming season came due to the repeated complaints from the players regarding the delay in disbursing their financial dues for the past season, in which Zamalek players won the Premier League title.
The source concluded his statements to Yalla Koura, confirming that the past hours witnessed the disbursement of part of the dues of the foreign players only, while the rest of the players will receive their delayed dues in the coming few days.
It is scheduled that Zamalek Club's administration will settle the position of the new technical director for the first team in the coming period, as discussions are underway regarding the identity of the next White coach.
