The first football team of Zamalek Club continued its preparations for the new season by holding morning and evening training sessions today, Sunday, at the club's stadium in the New Administrative Capital, as part of the closed camp the team is undergoing.
The technical staff, led by Moataz Jamal, focused during the two sessions on raising the players' physical levels through an intensive rehabilitation program, aiming to achieve the best technical and physical readiness before the start of the new season.
The evening training session saw the players perform light ball exercises as part of the program set by the technical staff to optimally prepare the team for the upcoming commitments during the next season.
Zamalek is preparing for a busy season, competing for the Egyptian League, Egypt Cup, and Egypt Capital Cup titles, in addition to the Egyptian Super Cup and the CAF Champions League.
