Mohamed Salah, the star of the Egyptian national team, is close to moving to the ranks of Trabzonspor club during the current summer transfer window, as everyone awaits to learn the Egyptian international's next destination.
Trabzonspor club has been negotiating with Mohamed Salah over the past few days, in hopes that the deal will become official in the coming days.
The newspaper "Fanatik" reported that Trabzonspor has become the frontrunner to sign Mohamed Salah this summer, after Beşiktaş withdrew from signing the Egyptian Pharaoh due to disagreements with the player's agent, Rami Abbas.
The newspaper described Mohamed Salah's move to Trabzonspor as the deal of the century for the Turkish club, as the player will receive a salary of 17 million euros annually plus bonuses, with a two-season contract.
It explained that Trabzonspor enjoys support from sponsorship companies in the matter of signing Mohamed Salah, as these companies will be responsible for funding a large part of the deal.
Trabzonspor is dealing cautiously with Rami Abbas until the contracts are officially signed, despite the latter's approval of the terms of Mohamed Salah's contract with the Turkish club.
The newspaper added that Mohamed Salah is attracting interest from Arab clubs as well as in the American league, in addition to rumors of Atlético Madrid's interest in signing him, but Trabzonspor remains the closest destination.
"Fanatik," along with the Turkish newspaper Sabah, concluded that Trabzonspor has prepared a special plan to announce the signing of Mohamed Salah. If the contracts are signed and a final agreement is reached, a private plane will be sent to Greece, where Mohamed Salah is spending his summer vacation.
