Press reports revealed new developments regarding the transfer of Egyptian international star Mohamed Salah to the Turkish club Beşiktaş during the current summer transfer window.
Many Turkish press reports revealed in recent days that Mohamed Salah is close to joining Turkish Beşiktaş after his departure from Liverpool last June.
Beşiktaş Turkish club fans had chanted Mohamed Salah’s name, demanding the club’s management sign the Egypt national team captain during the presentation of Belgian player Trossard.

Journalist Nicolò Schira said that Mohamed Salah’s transfer to the Turkish club Beşiktaş will be completed in the coming days.
He added that the Egypt national team captain and the Turkish club have reached a preliminary agreement on a contract running until 2027 with an option to extend for one additional year.
He noted that the financial value of Mohamed Salah’s transfer to the Turkish club will be €12 million per season.

Previous reports indicated that the deal was at risk of collapsing after Rami Abbas’s financial demands, but he agreed to reduce his commission percentage to the appropriate level set by the Beşiktaş management.
