According to trusted Spanish journalist Pepe Alvarez, Mark Bellingham, the player’s father and agent, met with Real Madrid officials immediately after the end of last season and informed them of his son’s desire not to continue with the team.
Pepe Alvarez explained via his “X” account that Bellingham’s father justified the departure request by citing technical disagreements with some officials in the technical management, which made the player feel uncomfortable within the team despite his starting role in the coach’s lineup.
He added that Real Madrid’s management response was decisive and firm, informing the player’s father that Jude Bellingham is not for sale under any circumstances and that the club considers him one of the key pillars in its future project, with no intention of parting with him no matter the temptations.
