Before facing Al-Shabab.. Al-Hilal reveals the nature of their players' injuries and the duration of their absence

Saudi club Al-Hilal revealed the status of their injured players, Ali Al-Lajami and Theo Hernandez.

Al-Hilal stated on its official website that Al-Lajami requires a treatment and rehabilitation program for three weeks.

The Saudi midfielder suffered a hamstring injury.

Al-Hilal also announced that French player Theo Hernandez sustained an adductor muscle injury.

The club clarified that the left-back needs a treatment and rehabilitation program lasting four weeks.

Both players were injured during Al-Hilal's most recent match against Al-Ahli in the fourth round of the Saudi League.

It has been confirmed that both will miss Al-Hilal's upcoming match against Al-Shabab in the fifth round.

Al-Hilal will visit Al-Shabab at 9:00 PM today, Friday.

Al-Hilal tops the Saudi League standings with 12 points, achieving a perfect record, tied with defending champions Al-Nassr who also have 12 points.

Meanwhile, Al-Shabab sits in 13th place with 3 points, accumulated from three draws and one loss.

Al-Hilal recently signed Gabriel Martinelli from English club Arsenal, making him one of the available options in today's match lineup.
