Hamza Abdel Karim received praise from Carlos Vicente, Birmingham's playmaker, who said about him: "He has to leave happy because he scored two goals, I think he presented a very good level, playing in the striker position is not easy, Barcelona is acting smartly by investing in young players like him and I wish him all the best".
Hamza Abdel Karim had expressed his admiration for Barcelona star Lamine Yamal, saying although he has not played alongside him yet: "He is our best player and I am looking forward to working with him".
Hamza Abdel Karim is currently spending long hours in Barcelona with the newly joined Karim Adeyemi, where they will try to learn Spanish together and communicate in English.
