The Football Association and the Clubs Association held a meeting today, Tuesday, at the Football Association headquarters in the Sixth of October.
The Football Association revealed through its official website that the coordination meeting between the two parties was held to discuss the agenda of the new season.
The meeting discussed the initial proposed agenda for the next season 2026/2027.
The meeting was attended by Shawqi Gharib, the technical director of the Football Association, and Taha Ezzat, the representative of the Association and head of the competitions committee.
Also present were Sayed Bekhit, head of the main competitions committee in the Football Association, and Nasser Farag, deputy head of the committee.
The Football Association revealed the final adoption of the agenda for the new season following the scheduled meeting with the technical staff of the Egyptian national team led by the twins Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan.
The Clubs Association revealed the system of the new season's league to be held in one round, with the teams divided into two groups.
The first is the title group and includes the first 6 teams to compete for the title, while the relegation group includes 14 teams to avoid relegation.
And 4 teams will be relegated at the end of the season to the Professionals Division.
