A British press report revealed a surprise regarding the salary of Gianni Infantino, president of the International Federation of Association Football, in the "FIFA Forward Enterprise" project.
According to the British newspaper "The Times", Infantino was set to receive a salary exceeding 30 million euros, along with bonuses, thanks to his plan for the "FIFA Forward Enterprise" project.
Infantino proposed selling 20% of the World Cup rights through the "FIFA Forward Enterprise" company affiliated with the International Federation of Association Football, which would have generated around 3.65 billion euros for the organization.
The British newspaper indicated that Infantino's plan faced sharp criticism before it was ultimately abandoned.
Infantino has consistently affirmed that he would not enrich himself personally, but according to various media outlets, this matter has now come into question following the publication of new leaks about his salary.
