El-Ramady suffered a health setback on Saturday morning that led to his hospitalization.
El-Ramady's condition stabilized after undergoing a medical procedure involving the insertion of a heart stent.
Nassar told FilGoal.com : "Asem Salah will technically lead the team in the upcoming match against Ghazl El-Mahalla due to Ayman El-Ramady's absence."
Al Ahly Bank will face Ghazl El-Mahalla next Monday in the fourth round of the Egyptian Premier League at Cairo Stadium.
El-Ramady is scheduled to be discharged from the hospital tomorrow, Sunday, after his condition is fully assessed.
El-Ramady has been coaching Al Ahly Bank since the beginning of last season.
So far, after the first three rounds of the Egyptian Premier League, Al Ahly Bank has won one match and lost two.
